Build the skill sets of instructor needed to facilitate the development of soft skills ti increase student social and emotional development?
We created a prototype that reorganized the classroom space to encourage collaboration and added new activities to increase student engagement as well as foster positive student interactions. We incorporated student feedback to design their new classroom spaces and continued to update their practices and space throughout the 2014-2015 school year.
