Sadiatue Flowers and Morris Moore are the School Capacity Leaders at Golodee – MTM Public School. They redesigned the school schedule to include weekly, teacher collaborative time where they learn keys to effective, engaging instruction and design lesson plans. They created an administrative committees that involve all staff and families in decision-making, helping to create an environment of collective responsibility and accountability.
